I am delighted to have found Lee at Walker Tech. His in depth knowledge of Volvo cars (In my case a 2003 V70 D5 SE 165K miles I've owned 15 years) is extraordinary. My car went in with a steering issue that my normal mechanic thought "might" be the rack but he did say he wasn't sure and I should try a specialist. Lee diagnosed the UJ in the steering column as the issue. Upon my request he diagnosed several faults on my car that have been present without resolution for several years (including no cruise control - which was a clutch sensor). They were also rectified. He kept me fully informed of progress and predicted costs and was very easy to deal with. I was pleasantly surprise with the total bill, which itself was broken down and very detailed and he was no more expensive than my "general" mechanic. Only a small job to replace a broken wing mirror glass, but impressed that Lee offered to replace the broken parts rather than the whole mirror as a main dealer would have insisted. Parts obtained and fitted very quickly, along with a lot of good advice on future servicing to keep car in best condition. Will definitely use Walker Tech. again. Service: Body & Trim
