        Unhelpful. Poor service and refuse to see elderly and vulnerable patients. As far as the CQC go is this surgery safe, caring or responsive to needs - sorry, no. I wish I could put zero stars.

        Rudest staff I've ever encountered. Good luck getting help with the msot basic of tasks as they're completely opposed to helping others. God forbid they'll have to do some work one day I'm sure they'd go on strike before they helped any members of the public. Disgraceful staff.

        I was denied evidence from my doctor saying that I had a mental health condition when it stated on my medical records that I did. Only when my university emailed them did they fill out the form. I was charged 30 for my doctor to sign the form only to see he had missed out one of the questions completely. An absolute joke!
