I found Mark to be incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I was struggling with the intricacies of various roof lantern options and Mark was able to guide me through the process and then install and complete the job in great time with the minimum of fuss and for a very competitive rate. We first got recommended Mark and OpenSquare when looking for a bespoke piece of glazing for our full home renovation. Mark was fantastic from the very first call. He was hugely knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions throughout the process. Their price was competitive too. Ryan and the installation guys were prompt, efficient and highly professional when on site and installed the item to the very highest standard. The item looks better than we had ever hoped. Following this install, OpenSquare are now undertaking further aspects of our glazing, including 20mm sliding doors, aluminium windows, large curtain window with switchable glazing and also an Oriel Box window at the rear of our house. We are really excited to see the rest of the project take shape and will post some pictures of the finished house once done!

I was very lucky to find Mark. He is exceptionally reliable and trustworthy and has years of valuable experience. Hes not just a salesman, he understands whats the right product for each customer and truly wants them to be happy. For our family he gently steered us away from one product towards another and he was absolutely right. Its always a leap of faith having something made bespoke, but Mark understands that and is on call to reassure at all times. He provided the doors and windows to us exceptionally quickly and kept us informed at all times. We really felt like we were getting personal service unlike the larger, faceless companies we had spoken to before him. Hes good value for money. No one wants cheap when it comes to such a large purchase but I would say the product is worth the price. All in all unlike every other experience on our build we couldnt fault either the product or the service from Mark and would highly recommend him.
