Time wasters! Avoid them at all costs! Applied, AIP was offered. Looked for a house that didn't use up all the loan given to me in the AIP. Returned with the offer! Paid the evaluation fee! And then they returned with a mortgage offer that was even less than the initial AIP! ( Remember I didn't use up all the loan offered in the AIP) Their justification: expenses will go up with no regard to income growth and the times in which we were living in ( COVID) Take my advice; Don't say i didn't warn you!
