Graham Richards has recently completed a project for one of our clients. It required a careful survey of a listed staircase and then the replacement and extension of the joinery. Following that he supplied a total package doors and windows for another Grade II building. Precise, thoughtful and really well finished. Open to discussing options to achieve the right solution. Highly recommended.

If I could give zero stars I would. This has to be close to the worst company I have ever dealt with and I would caution anyone against using period and modern joinery / Graham Richards. A year ago he took on a simple job of replacing my sash window along with a sizeable deposit. A year later and nothing has been done. I have rung over and over and nobody picks up the phone. I managed to get through once a few months ago and someone promised he would get back to me to no avail. Essentially he has taken my money and not done the job and doesn't answer emails or phone calls. If you want a carpentry job doing then look elsewhere, if you want to flush money down the toilet then use this company.

This company and Graham Richards have been a nightmare to deal with. We needed a staircase with kite winder for our new build house and ordered it in October 2019, paying a 50% deposit. We were told it would be ready in about 4 weeks. After numerous phone calls (mostly unanswered) and various excuses, it was delivered almost 6 months later - but only after we had paid the full balance. It didnt fit, our ceiling had to be altered by our carpenter to accommodate it and parts were missing. Getting any follow up was equally difficult. Once in, it had to have glass panels fitted, inserted in the sides with simple clips, for safety. Without the glass, we couldn't get the house signed off with building control. Numerous phone calls and over 2 years later, February 2022, after we agreed, in desperation, to pay an additional 200, most of the glass was fitted. The final missing piece was installed in September 2022, almost 3 years after the staircase was ordered. I don't usually write reviews but I would hate to think anyone else should go through what we did...
