        Melanie made our wedding cake and it turned out beautifully, exactly how we pictured it in our heads. We tried several of the sponge/butter cream flavour combo's, all of which were amazing. We ended up choosing lemon poppyseed with white chocolate buttercream and lemon curd, and there was hardly any left at the end of the day. Melanie was also great with any dietary requirements we had, with us ordering two dozen gluten/dairy free vanilla cupcakes (also yummy!). Highly recommended.

        From start to finish, Melanie was incredibly helpful and knew immediately how to turn our design into a reality. In the end we had the wedding cake of our dreams. It was a really hot day, and Melanie anticipated this and went out of her way to deliver the cake as close to when we needed it as possible. Great flavours, great design - many thanks!

        We had Mel do our wedding cake and came back 3years later for her to do the Christening cake of our son Mel was professional ,flexible and most importantly reliable.When she did our delicious cakes we felt one less thing to worry about guaranteed !
