Glebe House Nursing Home (Chaldon)

The last full inspection by CQC was 2017 and because of my Mothers experience here I had to put in a complaint. My Mother experienced two falls resulting from staff failing to put foot plates down on her wheelchair - she was immobile and then a third fall happened when her leg gave way although her care plan required transfer by two staff. She was being transferred daily in a goods lift. One member of staff reduced me to tears with their standard of care and attitude for which I have received an apology. The entertainment officer does really try hard and two members of the night staff showed care which is why I have given two stars otherwise I would not recommend.

A very special nursing home. The food is excellent, the staff very friendly and it is so clean! I would highly recommend it.

Visited my friend here a lovely location & very friendly atmosphere in the premises weather permitting you can enjoy the outside surroundings
