I had a last minute impulse to get away for a night and was accomadated really well. As it's late season I had the place to myself and slept really well in the woodland part of the site. The sunrise was stunning. The facilities are excellent; management (Will) is friendly and informative, and has clearly worked extremely hard to make a really green and comfortable site. Many thanks

Stayed here for two nights and had a fantastic time. The site is very pretty and on a hill and it was easy to find from a sign on the road. There are no set pitches so we found our own space and a firepit was brought over with firewood to purchase for our pitch. There are hand washing and dish washing stations dotted around the site with eco friendly soaps to use. There are two hot showers and two composting toilets at one end of the site - the showers were fantastic however the composting toilets (though fine when newly cleaned) became a bit grim when people had misused the toilet and left excrement in the wrong section. Sadly the water wasn't working on the last morning so struggled to wash up or get drinking water. Everyone was very friendly on site and we even joined the yoga session on the Saturday morning (which was 10 per person) out on the hill which was great. We saw that there is also a Reiki and massage specialist who visits when booked though we did not experience this. It was a very peaceful stay and I would recommend!
