I bought a VW golf car in September 2021, I ask them about the car if there was any problem or any issue at all, and they said the car has nothing wrong, and it has a 3-month warranty, within week gearbox issue, I bring back the car to him and he said he can fix it for free but may this problem come back again, so he asks me to pay 600 pound so he will replace with a brand new gearbox, with 100,000 mileage warranty, so I pay him via bank transfer. took 2 weeks, after when he give me back the car, within 10 days car have an issue again, this time not only gearbox, but also abs, engine, brake, hitting all light appear on the car dashboard, and I made a video and send to him in whats an app, he saw but did not reply me and next day I try to go back to their office in the middle of the road car stop, I call recovery to take them and bring back home, as they are not responding I wrote letter many times, but until now I did not receive any letter or call back, the matter now in court dont know when I will get my money back

I had a really good experience buying my car from these guys. Muhammed was really helpful every time I called. They were well organised, my car was in pristine condition when I picked it up.

Terrible after sales, would never use again! Dont go here! This place is a con, they added 50 to the agreed price knowing I had drove a long way and wouldnt want to drive home empty handed. They over sell the AA as a full package, but its the worse package you can get. After having an issue with the car they just dont reply to emails or calls. Save your money, go elsewhere, I wish I did.

Stay away they buy cars from BCA and copart which are previously defective the guy showed me cars with the head gasket blown and told me it was normal if you do now know what your getting into stay away from these crooks!!!
