Cordeve Dispensing Chemist

I've been using this pharmacy for years and have never had a problem. Although sometimes they are busy they are always polite and friendly. I've seen a few negative reviews on here and can only assume that you get what you give.

This pharmacy is run by bunch of ill mannered staff who can destroy your whole day. Particularly an old asian female probably the owner has a very sickening attitude. It seems she pays for my medicine and she has the right to insult anyone. 9 am opening time they open at 9:15, the prescription that is suppose to be ready 5 days before, this morning I was told its still not ready. I am amazed why this pharmacy is even allowed to run.

I rate this pharmacy excellent because the pharmacy manager provides an excellent service to the community and is always there to help any patient in need regardless age or condition. I have personally experienced this myself and I write this Pharmacy 5 out of five.

I have been dismissed by a very unprofessional pharmacist with the explanation that the medication is probably not available in the UK (medication that they have supplied in the past). She didn't even try to support me or made an effort to find other option to help me. I need this medication for a gynae problem that cause me severe bleeding and pain. Staff always pull faces when talking about the medication, asking me loudly and in front of everyone, if the medication is a contraceptive, which is not (not that is an issue, they just make you feel like it is). The above mentioned pharmacist always laugh when pronuncing my name. On top of this, staff always talk in a different language between them when in front of customers. Anyway, the medication is available in UK, in a different pharmacy, at EXACTLY 500metres from those unprofessional people
