I saw a flat for sale, I called to arrange a viewing, this was on Thursday morning, I was told that the Owner has the keys, so they would call him to arrange a viewing, it's now Tuesday, have not been called back, so I just called them , they told me that the flat is now under offer, very poor customer service, attitude, the flat is still online as a for sale property, not professional, I feel sorry for the person who owns the flat. I would also like to say, apart from the fact that I wasn't called back like told, if I hadn't called in, I would be no wiser and still waiting in good faith, also when I did call in, the woman on the phone said give me your name, and do you work, now I thought she was asking because of booking me in for a viewing, so I said no I don't work, she then said so your on benefits and need house benefits, I said no thanks, she then asked me am I working, and again I said no, she actually asked me three times, now at the start of conversation when I explained I was waiting for a call back on penthouse flat, I said I've sold my house and I'm a cash buyer, so asking me all these crazy questions was mad, and even after explaining again she actually said she had two penthouse flats in that block, one for sale, which obviously is the one I called about because I said I wanted to buy and I'm a cash buyer, personally the service is way below par, clearly she didn't listen, clearly got confused very easily, clearly no system in place, not professional and unfortunately unhelpful and unfriendly!! And as for happy with price you negotiated, that tells me that full asking price maybe wasn't offered, I saw price had been reduced in February, which I found shocking because I would of be happy to pay full asking price!!
