Very limited parking space. The so-called supervisor spending more than 30-45 minutes helping an attractive woman rather than us traders. Clearly time wasting and unprofessional. They would not give me even 5 minutes to help look for a specific item on the catalogue page but a woman in yoga pants? Sure, why not spend the entire hour. Only another staff member actually stopped his task to help me. Disappointed and you lost a long-term customer. Won't be recommended them, also they're not too keen on returns, even if the item is new and sealed. Compared to Toolstation, they more than welcoming to accept returns.

This branch is excellent. I use it on almost a daily basis. They always have what I need and the service from all staff is the best Iv ever experienced. Always polite, smiling and above all friendly and welcome. Everyone is a credit to screwfix. 10*
