Very friendly people, easy access. Saved 4000 on a kitchen using them. High Quality components and fittings. They did a full design supply and fit service, very accurate. My kitchen is so beautiful and my family and friends love it! Thanks

Best service and kitchen quality in the cheapest price, my kitchen just looks wonderful on time delivery a d work done by NKB is absolutely nice. I really like the variety and the new latest thing at NKB. I am really happy with my kitchen. Thank you NKB.

They will ask for full payment and then you will be on their mercy. Usually others include the fixing material cost(like sealant) in their quote but NKB don't include it. From another contractor I asked to do tiling and plastering, I just supplied him Tiles and he brought his own grout, cement, filler etc. was all included in the quote that he gave me. But the quote(in thousands) given by NKB didn't include approx. 12 sealant. On the last day they were literally arguing with me when I said it should be supplied by you. Also, they said if I don't pay for sealant then my work will be delayed by couple of more weeks. They outsourced my worktop fitting to some company, when the guys from that company came to fit the worktop, they brought their own sealant and other fixing material, they didn't ask me for anything. That's why I was surprised when NKB was arguing with me for a negligible amount when I already have paid thousands as full payment. On the other instance, once I was chasing them on phone and they said the fitter is on another job and will come in afternoon, I went for grocery shopping after the lunch time and thought to visit their shop. I found the fitter and the owner was sitting in the shop doing nothing, hence I asked the fitter to come with me to finish the work, but they said they have more important work to do and they locked the shop and went away. Clearly they lie and don't care customer once full payment is given.

Absolutely APPALLING service, from the lack of customer service to the lack of finishing. Even 8 months after, several calls and a full payment, our kitchen is still not completed and already falling apart. If possible, would give minus points for everything this business has 'provided' and they do not even deserve 1 star. This business is simply a fraudulent company and please do not get cheated by their sweet talk and so called low prices, as there quality is just as low. All this company will give are kitchen nightmares and 6 weeks of washing dishes outside in the freezing cold. Even now, they will not answer phone calls in regards to parts of our kitchen falling apart and not being completed. STAY AWAY!
