The guy who seats at the front desk is very RUDE. AVOID AVOID. He talks down on customers like he's doing them a favour. I rather go 10 miles fine another cafe than to go to this place. I wonder if he runs the business but he's very very unprofessional if I was in business with him I'll gladly leave. He needs education on manners and good customer service skills, but I doubt that'll change him because he is use to it its a culture he gain pleasure disrespecting people who uses his services. I'm sure he enjoys telling people after work the amount of people he disrespect on each shift. He is always grumpy, never smile or even say thank you. He is always ready to disrespect you. I have never gone in the shop and not see him complaining or disrespecting other customers. If you don't like your job give it to someone that does. You're obviously their for the money and money only. Maybe find something you like doing and quit because eventually with that attitude of yours no one will come in their, I hardly see people in their anyway you're chasing all your customers away. Very very rude indeed from a grown man
