I experienced the worst customer service when i contacted the store 2 months after the waahing machine i brought stopped working. The guy just said he wasnt sure if he could fix and could not pick it up even though i was in warranty. I ended up dropping the machine off to the shop to be fixed. I then had to pick up the dodgy machine after it was apparently fixed. As expected, the machine was not fixed and is now wasted. The goods do not last so i would not bother waste your money here. Also, the staff working there do not honour the waranty. I feel i have been cheated by these fraudster's. Reply to seller 11/02/2021 - using covid as an excuse for bad customer service is not acceptable. You stated that i needed to pay you 20 for you to be able to pick up the damaged machine that should never have been sold. I guess you wanted more money rather than concerns around covid. A company that uses covid to make money of customers is beyond appauling. To clarify, i did not pick up the item originally. I brought a waching machine and fridge and paid for delivery. The machine stopped working within 2 months and the fridge was disgusting and smells even when you clean. You still refused to pick up the machine as you wanted more money. I provided the receipt when i dropped off the faulty washing you sold me. You pretended to fix it, but clearly you are not happy dealing with repairs as when i picked it up there was no difference. You should not offer waranty as you do not intend to honour it. I plan to report you to the trading standards so no one else experiences this type of fraud!!!

Went to the store to purchase bedroom furniture after terrible service and a no-show from a well known company. Arcoaf is amazing! I purchased a full bedroom set, delivered straight to the bedroom, fully built in just a couple of days. Fantastic service, friendly helpful staff, great quality and excellent prices and delivery was done around my schedule not theirs. Have already recommended them to friends and family. Will definitely use them again. Top marks
