Extremely unprofessional and incompetent. I called them almost two weeks ago to report an error code on our washing machine. The guys came to check the machine without actually knowing what the problem is. Then they said they would book an appointment on Saturday to get it checked by an engineer from Hoover. I confirmed the booking on Thursday and they told me to call on Saturday morning so they can come and take the machine. When I called them the guy named Wakil said the engineer is not coming this Saturday he will come next Saturday. When I asked him why could he not inform me this before he said I will message you now! This is very frustrating and unfortunate to receive unprofessional service from a local business.

My dishwasher pump is also incorporated with my heating element to my dishwasher. When I called this telephone number a lovely gentleman explain to me what I needed and what it would cost. He also gave me very valuable advice as I was thinking of buying another dishwasher. He said it would be a waste of money to buy a new dishwasher when I can repair it for a third of the price. So I had an engineer come round the next day again a very nice quiet gentleman. No hassle no problems. Repaired the dishwasher in 20 minutes, had it going, and checked it for another 10 minutes and he was gone. In total, I paid 170 for the Parts and the labor. From another angle, I will go to pay around 470 for a new dishwasher. What would be the point when I can repair it and it was also an eco-friendly decision as well. I hope you guys will use these people who are very nice and very honest and very trustworthy. Thank you very much for reading my review have a nice day
