        Paid for 1 hour massage received only 40 minutes I spoke the person on the reception she said next time if you offer 1 hour provide a service been coming here regularly but this occasion was dealt in wrong manner dont charge for 1 and dont give the full 1 hour if you told me you only do 30 minutes I would of done it

        Had a massage booked and they cancelled with less than 24hrs notice telling me they have an emergency, their car got stolen and they have to go and look for it. No you don't, you need to call the police and your insurance company and conduct business as usual. Lost my custom.
