        I had to go to Britannia Pharmacy (BP) on 31.03.23 for my under 7 child's prescription. BP did not have the medicine so would order the medicine which would arrive in a day or two. I left my mobile number for them to call. As they did not call I visited BP on 05.04.23. My son's medicine had been sitting on BP's collecting dust. The only explanation was an apology. Pathetic people managing a pathetic pharmacy.

        They were Absolutely amazing at sorting out my tablets and sorting my first repeat prescription, they really went the extra mile to sort everything out as quick as possible I would highly recommend this pharmacy!! Thank you Britannia
