The Upstairs Surgery

Shambles of a place doctor sends me for a MRI scan in March received the scan 2 days later lost the scan results had to wait over 5 week for them to be fount now telling me there no appointments untill mid May to discuss my results with a doctor!! I had to book a appointments in order to find out my results I might aswell just be my own doctor!! Avoid this place absolute nightmare of a surgery!! They sent me for the scan yet I have to book in to speak to a doctor regarding my results they don't call me!! Over 10weeks & counting just to find out the results of my scan and what's causing me so much back pain!!!! Ridiculous

The doctors are not bad in this surgery, the problem is with some of the reception staff who dont want to do their job. I went there few days ago asking for repeat prescription for my daughter and was told to fill in the prescription form. I started filling it but wasnt sure about the medication as I didnt knew the name and I asked her to check the records as it should have the last prescription in it. But she totally refused and said that there is nothing on the record and I need to find out the correct name and write it down in the form.

Worst doctors surgery, been a patient since I was a child and yet dont get a chance to see the doctor. I waited on the phone for 47 minutes because I called in at 8 on the dot, how can you be in position 1 for 20 minutes? When I finally get through its All available appointments are gone for today. Honestly just gotten worse as time has gone on, previously been in when receptionist staff have left phone ringing while gossiping and talking about their work Christmas dinner.

After being at this surgery for 40yrs I am now going to look elsewhere, rude staff, you can never get an appointment and no matter what time of day you call always told to call the following day for an appointment which of course there never is. Asked to book a non urgent appointment for when ever possible apprently can only do this Weekley but surprise surprise no appoints!!! Avoid at all costs, his surgery needs looking into
