I had a wisdom tooth removed under sedation and they are amazing! Staff is friendly, helpful, really helped me with easy my fear at the beginning and in the recovery room. I would recommend them to anyone that is terrified of the dentist, because they really help you not to feel any pain. Thank you

I was referred to this place to have teeth removed under sedation . Omg the service is so professional . Friendly staff and they was so quick to I was surprised was seen a 9 out and In the cab at 10 could not believe how quick they was, I don't remember all the staff that served me but one of the nurses was called Jo (not sure if I have the correct spelling) but she was so amazing I felt really relaxed . Thank you so much I'm so happy with the service, I have to go back to have another tooth out . Can't wait to have it out now .

only gave one because i cant give zero. been to this sedation dentist more than a dozen time in the past and always highly recommend. However, this time the sedation failed half way through they left the hardest and most painful thing (extraction) till last trying to do three procedure in one rather than splitting it like I've always had before. became aware half way through and started to freak out (obviously i have sedation for a reason) kept being told to stop crying, calm down, its just a polishing. It doesn't matter what it is if I'm freaking out you either STOP and administer more sedation or you stop and split the treatments. they finally stopped their 'polishing' which wouldn't have hurt had they numbed that side but they only numbed the other. i had a chance to calm down. then the procedure that has traumatised me, they started the extraction pulling a tooth out. yes it was numbed on that side but it wasn't an easy pull so they were pulling and wiggling for quite a while (resulting in the gum splitting in two places) and was again told to stop crying, calm down, its just pressure. NO IT WAS NOT! it was pain and i could feel/hear the tooth grinding against the one next to it as they pulled. for them to treat an obviously nervous patient with no sympathy was disgusting. weather it was 'just pressure' or not as mentioned above if a patient is freaking out you STOP don't vilify them and butcher them just so you can get it done.
