Whalebone Lane North Dental Practice

As a first time patient I had the worst experience ever. Dr KATARZYNA STRYCH was so rude she asked me what the problem was and when I told her she what it was and where I got the information from she dismissed me and said she didn't want to hear the information that I looked up online, there was nothing but attitude from her and the other Dr she was working with. She took and x-ray and when both Dr's walked back into the room the both rolled they're eyes as they walked back into the room. when I made a complaint I was told the manager would call me and she never did so I will not be going back there. This is by far the worst dental surgery ive ever been to.

Registration problem. Make sure everything is on your computer. Long waiting time for an appointment even with a small child. No approach to the child - I had a pointless visit. The lift is not working, I had to ask someone to help me carry/lift the baby stroller.

Im a very anxious patient I broke a tooth a few days ago so booked an appointment the dentist Johan visser said no problem we can do that now put a temporary one in went back on Friday for the proper crown amazing dentist great friendly guy no messing around job done perfectly this guy really is the best thank you so much Johan I wished Id seen you years ago many thanks steve
