Ideal Lofts Construction

We were completely let down by this company. From not paying the Building Control on our behalf (fee included in the overall quote) to not ordering doors and windows, to not paying any of the contractors and finally disappearing having taken most of the fee. This project has cost us significantly more in fixing what was badly done or incomplete and one year on it is still not finished. It was not the cheapest quote and they came recommended. I don't know what happened but we are still paying for our mistake of employing him. Do not employ Tadas Gradzevicius. I wish we could make it more public. Services: Tile work installation, Paint indoors, Refurbishment, Exterior painting

Excellent company. I had couple quote from different companies, Ideal Lofts quote was reasonable (not the cheapest) but i did some research and read loft of positive review, and they certainly lived up to their good reputation. Believe me I did lots of looking around and they were on top of the list all the time. You might get a cheaper quote but these companies then will charge you for lots of extras, and they will cut corners to make up the cost

Friendly, honest, responsive, professional, hardworking and impeccable attention to detail. Have dealt with many tradesmen over the years and Tadas+ crew are by far the best team I have encountered. Hardworking, skilled and able to think outside of the box - well worth every penny as they do everything right. They assisted me with a loft- the space was transformed. Project ran over time as these things normally do. Have recommended Biggin to friends as well and they all have had great experiences -- For future projects, Tadas and team will be my first call on future projects for sure."
