Had to find some kennels for our two little dogs as we not happy with the last kennels , when we went away and couldnt take them with us , as they came back filthy thirsty and Hungary , so I picked Harvington after reading the reviews. Im so glad I did they went in from Friday untill Monday amd came back clean, very happy and tired lol so they must of been for some good walks , it such a worry to find a good kennel but I will definitely use Harvington kennels again . Thank you for looking after bobby and Rocco xx

Our 2 girls love going into Harvington. They are well looked after and always come home happy. We would never use any other kennels. Staff are just amazing.

We chose these kennels based on the good reviews, but unfortunately we got a very different experience. Within moments of collecting our three dogs, I noticed that the eldest had a swollen mouth. I addressed this with the staff and they were unsure of how it happened, but suggested a bee sting. We took him straight to the vets where they identified an abysess inside his mouth. He had also lost a significant amount of weight and was running a temperature, so was prescribed antibiotics. We understand dogs, and realise that he may have bitten the inside of his mouth (that's no-one's fault), but it's the fact that the resulting infection was missed by the team there, and his condition had escalated to him being in significant pain and discomfort. I spotted his mouth straight away, so how was it missed by professionals that were looking after him? The kennels gave over-excercise as a reason for the weight-loss (our other springer had also lost weight) - if this was the case, then we'd reasonably expect the staff to up the food quantities to balance this out, and for the dogs to maintain their healthy weight. The kennels paid for the 44 vet's bill but we really feel that this was the least they could do - we paid over 550 for our dogs to be cared for, and they were left sadly wanting.
