I bought a beautiful little bungalow from Clarke & Co Estate Agents. Without any fault of anyone we did have a long wait as the property went into probate, but Elaine & Jade kept me up to date with what was happening. We bided our time and waited nearly 6 months before we could move into it and finally we are now in our little dream home! Jade & Elaine are such lovely ladies, very caring, very helpful and I know they tried so hard in trying to get this through as quick as they could for me! I have finally found my happy place a home that could possibly be my forever home .. I love it. Thank you Jade & Elaine thanks for everything. Catherine x

Honestly, the team at Clarke and Co were brilliant from start to finish when selling my property. They gave a good but realistic valuation based on the local market, they secured several buyers as timewasters dropped out, they managed the sale for me brilliantly as I am not local anymore, they were professional and patient and their commission was very competitive considering how much work they put into it. I could not recommend them highly enough. Support an independent local firm doing really quality work.
