on friday 10-6-22 i was 5mins late for blood test and they said they couldnt do it because i was late as this is not my normal doctors (mine is woodlands near asda) and i had never been before and didnt know exactly were it was i was 5mins late i honestly could not believe it all i can say is i am glad i dont have to use it regular i dont think its the doctors fault that there admin staff are so (i cant think of a printable word) but the gp's surgeries are an utter disgrace to the N H S

I'm a little annoyed at the way some of the staff talk to me on the phone. I understand that your busy and appointments are hard to get, but when important I do not appreciate being talked to like I'm bothering you.

Receptionists at this practice are the rudest people I have ever spoken to I have worked for the NHS for 25 years and never met anyone as rude at the receptionists at this surgery they should be all sacked !!!!!!

I can't thank Doctor Sharma and her practice enough. She's an amazing Doctor, very caring & very thorough. Her support has got me through so much with my Endometriosis. Excellent care.
