        Complete waste of time, filled all forms in, had a medical and 4 months after still not heard a thing or received a penny. Had doubts initially, don't know how they got my number, should have gone with my gut and not bothered. Caused lots of stress and anguish to both myself and my mum.

        Impossible to work with. No communication, staff are rude and not interested. My "case handler" was actually yawning on the phone and sounded annoyed that I woke him up! Then I found out that my case was removed from the system. Again no communication, no explanation. Nobody even realised it happened. A total disaster! The worst company I ever dealt with!

        Bloke was very rude on the phone. told him I'm not going forward with the claim. now they're saying i have a medical appointment at a Holliday Inn in Luton and if I fail to attend they'll charge me. stay clear of these lot. not even sure how they got my number.
