        I called in today, ordered on self checkout. Ultimate Breakfast and Kids Meal. (Kids Meal is supposed to be free) Charged for Kids Breakfast. When my Ultimate Breakfast came it was missing Beans, 1 mushroom, 1 Bacon and Tomatoe. I complained and was told when things are out of stock our Manager tells us what we should do. The waiter told me they had not been told what to subsuite so they hadn't bothered. I said to the waitress maybe you should have asked !!!. She walked away. WHY DO YOU NOT LOOK AT REVIEWS MORRISONS. THE BELOW REVIEW WAS POSTED LAST YEAR. ***********DO YOU NOT REVIEW FEEDBACK, TO IMPROVE************* Cafe is a joke. This is the 3rd time in a row now I've gone for a full English, paid extra for the so called ultimate breakfast because I wanted black pudding and then its turned up without any. Its not like they give you a refund or an extra item to make up for it either. How a supermarket runs out of anything is beyond me. Can't they just go an grab some off the shelf? Not coming back again. Staff don't seem to care either and if an item is missing tell me BEFORE I order it!

        Absolutely revolting. Beans and mushroom were cold. Egg was overcooked and rubbery. Toast burnt. Cutlery, cups and teapots were grimy. One star for service only but would have left zero stars on food alone. Felt sick after eating. Never again.

        I visited the cafe on saturday in the morning, and the order was placed through the self-service counter. So, they didn't have a drink and dessert what we chose. when I approached a staff member,she was a bit angry and rude. I have been visiting this place for years, as I am waiting for kids while they are at dance lessons, so all this year's no any improvements been made,the same staff, that not able to do they duty fully. Plates are dirty,cups, and tea pots as well. always using the paper cup. Maybe it is a time for changes?! Kid-friendliness: There is a kids menu
