Con artists, count your money out to them if you must deposit cash here, otherwise go elsewhere. They will try to steal the cash and lie to you that its less than you thought.

My package was missing. Rang Parcel Force they told me apparently I signed for parcel 5 seconds later the post office signed my parcel in. Two days later when parcel force asked to investigate and asked staff for cctv footage parcel showed up with it being open and taped in brown tape which coincidentally found in post office. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS POST OFFICE.

Absolutely brilliant service the man in the cabin is the best full knowledge better than rest of the post office I have been too would be using him permanently keep up the hard 10 out of 10

Absolute joke of a post office. Ive had countless negative experiences with them. Some include them asking intrusive questions such as am I drug dealer when depositing money, bearing in mind small amounts. The staff are always rude and are always having arguments between themselves. Theyve miscounted my money multiple times and deposited less into my account than I had given them and make me return the next day to deposit the rest once theyve counted the till at the end of the night and found I gave them to right amount and they miscounted. Another example was when I had given them a note to deposit into my account and he told it was fake, he continued to tear the note to prove his point but couldnt point out any other flaws with the note. I had gotten the note from the bank and even took it back to them, which they confirmed to me it was genuine and real. Other occasions include when Id be returning a parcel using a prepaid postage label and they would tell me the code had already been scanned and was invalid and Id therefore have to purchase a new label. Moral of these stories, avoid this circus of a post office and take your business elsewhere
