        I purchased a cooker in November last year and unfortunately we had a few troubles with it but the sales team and gas engineers/repair team were so helpful they tried to repair an issue and when it wasn't successful they even swapped out the first cooker for a whole new one they are very helpful and so friendly nothing is to much trouble and a massive thanks to John who fitted my cooker today he did an amazing job and very proffesional. Highly recommend and will use again in the future

        VERY DISAPPOINTED - didnt show up at my property to repair my oven on 2 occasions (I sat waiting for them) - poor communication via WhatsApp too! WOULDNT recommend at all! STAY AWAY!!
