        Turned up on time at 13:00, the person coming was late and immediately went in the house without saying anything then 10 minutes later comes out and says who had 10 past 1 yet there was 3 groups of us all for 13:00.

        Very basic old fashioned estate agents, communication isnt great, lack of enthusiasm and nothing gets followed up. Not a single qualification in estate agency between them or a clue whats going on for that matter. If you are wanting to sell a property, please use a larger company, fees will be higher but it will be well worth it to receive a much better service. The hideous red t-shirts the staff wear are more suitable for a fried chicken shop, they are not smart or professional attire for an estate agent. First impressions are everything, especially when carrying out a valuation.
