        Merging two medical practices was the worst thing to happen here. Whilst everyone understands NHS cuts, the poor organisation and management here coupled with rude unprofessional staff who are so dismissive mean this practice is chaos. 50 mins on hold in a terrible queuing system that hangs up on patients multiple times only to be told to go online to a terrible outdated website that sends you round in circles. Awful experience all round.

        Sat in the waiting room this morning, I witnessed one receptionist speaking appallingly to multiple patients one after the other. You are dealing with poorly, vulnerable people in your line of work- please show respect and kindness. Patients go to the doctors for help, not disrespect. Management- please take responsibility.

        Horrible!The worst attitude I ever meet! I couldnt book an appointment for my child 2 days in a row - we was at boots for advice,call 111 and all said looks like he need antibiotics!, and this antibiotics only GP can prescribe, 2 days full book at 8:17?!? Really?! I try to call them from 7:59

        Cannot believe this surgery is running. I came in AGES ago trying to sign up with this surgery (not by choice as I read the reviews beforehand). How have they managed to lose all my paperwork and copies of my documents and not register me then tell me that I need to start again! DISGUSTING SERVICE AND MOODY STAFF!
