        It's always too busy you wait 20 minutes to half an hour for a sausage it's so half an hour for a sausage roll The staff seemed to disappear one minute there's 1 person serving next minute there is 4 But it's still extremely slow with 4 people Serving

        EVERYTIME I visit there are people walking out because of the queueing times, theres always about 4 staff visible but only ever 1 on tills serving, all the others are obsessively tending to online/takeout orders! Very bad customer service expect to be queueing for 10-15 minutes even if theres only 2 or 3 people in front of you
