        We booked an appointment several weeks in advance to give a donation. Called up the morning of the appointment to see what time we could bring items. So we turned at the allocated time, to be told oh your appointment was yesterday (no it wasn't) and when we said we called in the morning to check. We were told nobody called this morning. In the end they took some items from us, hence why it's not a 1 star review. However, been told you're wrong and that you didn't do something, when you have evidence you did, is beyond frustrating. I've had pleasant experiences with other Age UK charity shops and so will continue to donate to them, but i'll advise people I know to not use this store.
