        Unfortunately I have had nothing but problems trying to return an unopened parcel which I tried to cancel the same day. I have sent endless emails to Emma, who have assured me they have passed on to B and A quilting to organise a return. In fact a pick up was organised via UPS with the wrong address so I contacted UPS but couldnt do anything as Emma needed to sort this. You do get a quick response indicating they will sort immediately but nothing. Its been nearly 20 days trying to sort this very disappointed and no refund. The unopened item is sitting here ready to be collected.
