        Disgraceful service. Three times trying to get to talk to someone over an issue regarding plate certificate. First phone call after 32 mins on hold was cut off by call agent. Second time called took 2 hour 3 mins to get through, then was left with call open and could hear all the conversations of other customers., so hung up and called again, still on hold after 2 hours 20 mins. Totally unacceptable. Will persue mattter
