        Bad service very bad service I sold my car and paid for same day payment a week later still no money. Customer service was also unhelpful by disconnecting the phone and saying management would call back. They never did

        Unbelievably poor service and communication from regional manager Scott Rothwell at Aldershot, accepted my 6 month old Yaris and removed car from my name and then wouldnt pay me and wanted to return my car. Could not collect it as car is now untaxed and they were happy to let me drive it away illegally on the road which i declined to do so. Now no communication from them and left with no car or 35k

        Added my mobile number as requested and have had many scam calls since. Tried to call head office to get number removed but no one answers the phone.
