        Use to be ok (2star maybe 3 at a push) when you could just call a branch to sort the plant you needed. But now with the super depo's customer service is terrible. If you are told "Il call you right back" they won't , if you're told "it will be there first thing Monday morning" you might get it by 12 if you're lucky, and although you now have to email what you want be prepared for that to be a complete waste of time as you will most likely receive the wrong stuff or it be "forgotten"
