scheduled to arrive at 15.36 Victoria Ave,Blackley,Thursday 6th August,your bus driver was a total disgrace to me,I boarded with a valid pass & he brought it upon himself to think he owned your vehicle,(property of Stagecoach).. he was horrid,rude,undignified & an absolute vile manipulative male of about 50-69 years old,i HAD A BROKEN ARM & was on ROUTE to North Manchester Hospital,he didnt even have the humanity to tell me I boarded the wrong bus & LAUGHED AT ME WHEN I REALISED HE WAS GOING TO MIDDLETON & NOT NMGH just because I dont have to pay..? THIS MALE DRIVER IS EMPLOYED BY YOU.
Luckily i managed to board 59 @First Bus their Bus Driver was extremely helpful.
