I had developed a hip and knee issue from a mixture of both incorrect technique and tight muscles in the quads and glutes. Metin helped diagnose the issues, provide a plan to solve them and also provided massage of the affected muscles to release the tightness.
Thanks to this and the recommended stretches I was given, I've been able to return to running and performing bar bell squats pain free :)
