Perfect nails everytime! And if anyone is confused regarding the review before mine, when you leave a 1 star on someones business you need to check whether you really received bad customer service or that you just didnt get what you wanted when you wanted! I was in the shop at the time and coming in towards the end of the day with no appointment and assuming that because there are empty chairs that youre entitled to have that chair is just ignorant. Other bookings due to come in meaning you were told sorry we are booked up but you can book for another day. How can that warrant a 1 star! Services: Pedicure, Manicure

Undoubtedly I had a skilled technician, but sadly I did not enjoy my visit at all. I went in for some colour on my short natural nails, nothing fancy, and the way I was looked at when he saw them, and the comments he made (drawing looks from those around) left me feeling utterly humiliated. Ended up going for a full set because I was so uncomfortable and didn't feel able to say I needed them shorter; I didn't want to invite further comments/tutting. I have been many times to have shorter nails painted elsewhere and never ever been treated like that. It felt like he'd forgotten there was a person attached to the nails that were being presented to him. I left close to tears. A shame, because like I said, the nails they do are very beautiful and from what I saw, the lady in there seems lovely. Service: Manicure
