    Bob is a very nice chap but sadly in my experience over the last 2 years not competent. Both years I had to chase my claim and this year it wasn't even submitted after 2 months. Last year I received payment in September! Bob talks about receiving large amounts of money that never transpires - all in all a poor experience and I will not be returning for a 3rd year.
