I recently bought a property via Prospect Sandhurst and had a fantastic experience. Dan was brilliant on the two viewings answering any questions we had and really knew his stuff. Adam and Josh dealt with the negotiations and transaction until completion and despite a couple of tricky situations, they helped us navigate through and get ourselves on the property ladder.

We recently purchased a house through Prospect and couldn't speak more highly of Josh in particular for pushing this through for us. We came up against some tricky issues but Josh was always available for us and really made sure that boxes were ticked and we managed to get things done. I highly recommend Prospect and especially Josh to anyone looking to buy or sell - he really went above and beyond for us!

Absolutely fantastic team at Prospects. Dan and Adam were fantastic with getting the house sold, and Josh provided excellent help and assistance throughout. All of the team were attentive and communicative. Couldn't ask for more. Would strongly recommend Prospects!

We sold our house with Prospect Sandhurst and were very pleased with the work put in by Josh and his team. In my opinion Prospect are the best agents in the area, they give an honest valuation and unlike some others do not charge exorbitant fees to either buyers or sellers. Highly recommended.
