Got all the way there this morning to be told they have to cancel my appointment and now have to wait till Friday with a tooth with no filling and pain

Have always been frightened of the dentist due to a horrid dentist when I was a child but my fear has gone since attending here. I previously saw a lady called Puneet but now see Kartik Datla and find him calm and reassuring and I have confidence in what he says. All the dental nurses are great too as well as the two ladies on reception.

Great service and polite staff. Thank you for providing an excellent dental facility for everyone. I had a wonderful experience at Nightingale dental and implant center. It was a very positive and professional one. I had text messages and even phone calls to remind me of my pending appointment.

In this current climate people are so ready to complain, so I felt it was necessary to give a review & praise this practice. John has been my dentist for 40 years & is amazing, as are the receptionists & Karen the practice manager is always so helpful & an asset to the practice. Nobody likes going to the dentist, but as Ive said with all the lovely receptionists nurse & John I feel more at ease. So thank you all.
