Sue is always happy to explain information and offer guidance when completing tax returns and our accounts at what I believe to be a very affordable cost.         My wife and I recently had to sell a 2nd property we had owned for many years and had rented out for a period of those years. We had no knowledge of Capital Gains Tax. I tried many local Tax experts who wanted to charge excessive amounts for the work. Then found Sue who is knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and very reasonable. This tax is complex and I would not now attempt a DIY solution as there is a lot involved and a good accountant will save you money. Sue guides you through it and makes it very straight forward . Her deep understanding of what can and cannot be claimed was a massive help in reducing our overall bill and my wife and I thank her sincerely. I would certainly use Sue again and highly recommend her you all. R and MJ Dobbin Sandhurst.
