        So after a long few months of admiring from afar and worrying that I wouldnt be fit enough to be part of BMF, I gave in and booked the free trial session. Only thing I regret is waiting so long. All the members are super friendly and the instructors are incredible. There are adaptations to cater to all abilities and plenty of support for those that need it! Im now a member and 3 sessions in and yes its really hard work.. but dare I say it... its fun!
