Dont wast your money buying from Top Race! Several companies have the same exact product, Huina, Willtoys are just two off the top of my head..... And you Can find parts for these products! Its been two months now, and Im still waiting for an Email from Top Race.... NO customer service at all! I have my doubts that there even a real company Call, NO answer! Email, no response Website, NO parts for the 600 dollar toy I just bought....... Take my advice...... STAY AWAY!

Hi I bought a small RC plane for my son which is an excellent park flyer. The model is TRC85G . Its like a little Cessna plane. It flies really well and was reasonable in price. I had a small issue with the model and contacted Top Race Uk and the service was first class. Highly recommend.

I have purchased two of these constructio kits and found the parts to be generally of good quality - although I did have a problem with one motor unit that was faulty. However, the service by Toprace was excellent and a replacement motor was quickly provided, followed by the delivery of a small part that my grandson had lost while awaiting the new motor. In all a five star performance by Toprace.

5 out of 5 as their customer services, particularly Adam, had gone above and beyond to help me get a replacement for a faulty toy and saved the day, or more precisely my sons bday. Despite the item being ordered through Amazon and despite Amazon CS trying their best to help, they would not have been able to arrange for a replacement in time for my sons bday celebration. He really did put me at the centre of the matter and handled the situation accordingly. An advance replacement was supplied in time and courier booked to collect the faulty one. Overall I could not fault the way my case was handled. The toy itself was as described and feels quite sturdy. I personally consider the option to pre-define a sequence of moves a quite cool touch and a nice introduction for my son into the realm of programable toys and coding. I can honestly recommend this company and will be ordering myself again. Stanislav
