Beware if you have astigmatism. The optician told me astigmatism didn't really need correcting 180 and below (I'm at 180). He was adamant about this. When I struggled to see the computer I work at, he said that's just "getting old" but I could sacrifice seeing far for seeing better near. Two months of trying different lenses (taking this long because of disorganization in ordering and - to be fair - Covid among staff). I finally gave up and ordered contacts online with my original prescription *with astigmatism* and didn't have to give up either near or far vision. Opticians views cost me a lot of stress.

The best optician in the area.... price wise, service wise, friendly wise, They treat every1 like family!!!

I switched to this opticians because it's alot closer to home. Getting an appointment on a chosen date was straight forward. Met Junaid a very friendly lad who knows his trade. Examination was carried out by Ahmed. Again a very professional optician. Had a very thorough examination with lots of advise given which was lacking at my previous opticians. Was given an opportunity to walk around and view the real world with them funny looking examination goggles to experience what my new prescriptions are like which is very useful. All in all a fantastic experience and on my doorstep. Oh also it was nice and suuny on arrival but a monsoon when leaving so Junaid offered me an umbrella and said dropped it off whenever you pass by next. Fantastic.

I went there again, for myself and my daughter's checks and glasses: still my favourite optician/shop in the neighbourhood. Junaid's courtesy/customer service at the desk is simply superior! Especially thanks to him the atmosphere is relaxed, friendly, and customers are treated in the best way I can imagine. Also, bookings and collections are easy and fast, even when busy, because they all work in a very efficient way!
