        I have many years of having to deal with this surgery for close relatives and I would honestly not recommend them to anyone! One or two of the GPs are ok, but generally the staff are unprofessional, often very rude (on the phone especially), unhelpful and unsupportive. I have made a couple of complaints to the practice manager but sadly nothing seems to really improve.

        It's ok, but not half as good as my local GP practice, the Nightingale. In fact I only know reception, which is not particularly friendly; I've never had an appointment with one of the doctors so I can't comment on them. I go to see the Community Heart Nurses, who are lovely.
