Just want to give a shout out to the receptionist today at 5.30pm. Thank you so much for seeing the doctor to see if he would check my urine sample to get my prescription. Thank you so much for being calm and collected.

I am sending this review to the Gahdhvi Practice as I really feel that Dr Pathan & Dr Wetzler is Two amazing Doctors they have looked after me & my Wife for years can't ask for a better service from the Doctors side I mean . Also the practice Manager Paulette Kerr is very helpful & caring to your needs in coming forward to help see things through when you can't get the help you really need from the Reception staff . They appreciate the opportunity to show care compassion & the daily Chores of so many Patients on a day to day Basis . They work very hard to strive for making the Patients very happy by accomodating them in everyway they can to improve there health . The Doctors are really one of a kind to be honest . I can't say anymore then that but they are the life support of the surgery .

The doctors are amazing and helpful in every way, as well as Margaret, the nurse. The reception staff, with the exception of Dawn, are rude to the point of ignorant. The phone rang for 40 minutes the last time I tried to call for an appointment. When mentioned there was no apology. I got an appointment to see the doctor 3 weeks later. After a week they cancelled the appointment and booked for another 3 weeks later. I had to wqit for six weeks! I have waited at reception many times and they have just ignored me. They were not on the phone, or attending to anything important. They could just not be bothered. Once or twice can be overlooked, but every time is not reasonable. Yesterday I had a 12.15 appointment with the nurse. I checked in at reception and sat down and waited. After 40 minutes of waiting, I went to the desk and asked why I wasn't being seen when two ladies had gone in before me. All I got as an explanation was "you weren't booked in" "she didnt know that you were here" There was no apology or any other comment. Bad, disgraceful customer service.
