        Today has been the second time this year using GRLs customer service and I have to say, its fantastic again, prompt diagnosis of my issue with my Franke water tank, parts ordered again under the warranty and even arranged for an engineer to come and fit them. I would thoroughly recommend GRL Direct to anyone thinking of getting an under sink hot water system. Best service Ive ever received from anyone by far.

        Had an issue with my franke tap. Asked for some advice but received a full replacement part and instructions within 24hrs. Great service!!

        When I had an issue with my Franke Omni Tap they made it very difficult to claim on the warranty. They also misdiagnosed the issue and I had to get Franke direct involved who solved the issue within 24 hours and apologised for the issues. Thought as with most companies this being a result of a rogue employee so thought I would order parts thinking what could go wrong and over a week later no parts have arrived. Will avoid using this company going forward.
